• Ravensberger Eisenhuette: Automatic AIRPRESS molding shop,   box-form 700 x 700 x 600 mm • Christophorushuette: Automatic VACUUM PRESS molding shop,   box-form 800 x 650 x 500 mm • Saulgauer Eisenhuette: Automatic VACUUM PRESS molding shop,   box-form 760 x 440 x 300 mm • Nortorfer Gusswerk: Two SEIATSU air-flow press molding shop,   box-forms: 460 x 600 x 180/200 mm and 1250 x 1000 x 260/360 mm • High-performance, partially mechanized furan resin hand molding shops   for piece weights up to 3 000 kg • Core shop with 26 core shooters with shooting volumes of 5 to 40 liters   (cold-box and croning processes; other systems also available if required) • Processor-controlled sand preparation • Grinding floors and cleaning departments with a high degree of mechanization,   trimming presses, automatic grinders and cutters, continuous and   troughed-belt shot-blast plants • Annealing furnaces • Efficient pattern-making departments with CNC multiple axis cutters for the   production of full-molded, wooden, plastic and metal models.
